The A-Z of how to help members campaign was commissioned to raise awareness of the breadth of support and services the BDA offers to its members. A series of 26 illustrated letters were created and shared once a week via email newsletters and social media. The letters will also feature in the BDJ InPractice magazine and are set to adorn the walls of the BDA headquarters as a reminder to everyone of the benefits of membership.
Each letter is built from scratch and rendered from a scanned sketch using a series of simple effects and techniques in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The face of each letter depicts a unique BDA service or good news story through a combination of line illustration and typography. Stylistically inspired by storefront signs and three-dimensional typography, each image acts as a visual advertisement for the BDA.
